Where is my crypto deposit?

When you send a deposit, the transaction must first be confirmed on the blockchain before it appears in your EasyCrypto wallet.

  • Each crypto asset has its own confirmation requirements based on the blockchain it runs on.
  • Some networks confirm within seconds, while others may take several minutes or longer, especially during periods of high network activity.

Once your deposit is confirmed:

  • It will appear under Holdings in your EasyCrypto portfolio.
  • A record of the deposit will be shown in your Transaction History.
  • You’ll also receive an email notification confirming the successful deposit.
