Why can I not withdraw my holdings directly?

In order to withdraw your ZAR, you must first place a sell order in order to convert your holdings from any given crypto asset to ZAR. Once the sell order is successfully executed, your ZAR balance will update accordingly, and you can conduct a withdrawal action of your ZAR.
