I received a “New IP address detected” email while logging in and I don’t recognise that IP address?

If you logged in and received the email and are unsure, you can double-check your IP by googling "what is my IP?". IP addresses are prone to changing for users, e.g. they can change by using Wi-Fi or cellular networks. If you DIDN'T log in or still don't recognize the address but received a notification, contact us immediately.
